hello there sonicbreeze, the problem is that its the same with v3 b5.!! on my laptop it changed from v3 a1 to v3 a2 and I don't know what has changed to make it happen, but I can load alpha 1 and its ok then load alpha 2 and its faulty, load alpha 1 and its ok again.. weird eh? anyway I love all the extras and hope one day to use to record something.. thanks dave
final message in saga... I tried my main pc with reaper v3 b5 and it works perfect, so the problem isn't with reaper it's something about my laptop or ini file or something..... regards dave

I'm getting the same thing in all versions with the envelope window - words bunched up, window too small and can't be resized. I reported about it but got no replies. I figured it was something to do with my NVIDIA card settings but haven't really checked into it yet. Reaper seems to be the only program i have the problem with, though.
managed to fix this problem, my settings for my video card in the laptop was set to use 120% larger icons, when turned it down to 115% , filter events window size is ok.... dave
