How do I go about using the K system in reaper? Is there a way to configure the reaper master meter to work with the K system?

Yeah, 99% there in REAPER (on the Master): - Show: RMS Only - Top Label: Peak - Window Size: 500ms - Display Offset: 20/14/12 dB - Display gain: 3.0dB - Red treshold: 4.0dB

You can adjust the meter rate in Options -> Preferences -> Appearance. I also found this: Everything you need for a K-20 system in REAPER ;)
