Final movie is not being cropped..

I've been working with Gknot for almost a year now and I had no major problems yet, but the last 2 movies I've encoded were not cropped although I did select the auto crop function and the smart crop after that, the only thing I think I did differently is that I saved the avs and the settings at night and I reopened the d2v and started encoding the next morning (the movies were both sized at the correct resolution but weren't cropped) , should I set everything up from the start only when I am about to encode ? This worked well in the past and so I don't see any reason why it's not working now. Any suggestions ? Once again major thanks to theWef for this great frontend and to everyone who's contributed with their programming skills for the apps.

Look in the .avs file you used with notepad. You should be able to find a line that says Crop(<some number>). How does it look? Alternatively, post you entire .avs file here.

I'll check the avs out, if I haven't erased everything from my hard drive that is, thanks for the small tip though, I know what to look for now, if I haven't erased the avs I will post it later on tonight, since I am at work now..
