TDM upgrades are typically $200-$300. LE upgrades are typically $50-$100. I'm guessing PT6 will be the same. Upgrades are typically free when a system is purchased after the new version has been announced. Therefore, anyone who purchased after AES will be entitled to a free copy of PT6. (October 1?) -Eric

Cost of OS X ver 6.0 upgrade? 

Anybody have any idea about what Digi will charge for the 6.0 OS X upgrade? Will there be different pricing depending on what system you own like HD3, HD2, HD1 etc? Will it be similiar to what they charged for other past upgrades? I'm setting up an HD3 system and am wondering if I should wait. I'd hate to spend hours and hours setting up only to have to do it all over again for version 6.0. Please Help!

As I remember from the PT 6 demo, the digi rep said 200$US. And free for those who bought there system on or after sept 1. JC

Cost of the OS X ver 6.0 upgrade, you ask? Simple. Sleepless nights, broken homes, another round of waiting for plug-ins, irate clients, yet another "episode" with Erik, phone charges for tech support... and so it goes. If (and that's a BIG if) v6.0 is ready on 1/1/03, I likely won't be getting into it until 6/1/03 at the earliest. This one will be heaven for the masochists. You watch. j
