Oli Larkin's Autotalent problem in OS X 10.6

(cross posted in the OS X forum) I found Autotalent, the vocal tuner, downloaded it, installed it and began using it in a mix, trying to get the T-Pain effect for kicks. worked great. then i rendered the song as an mp3. i listened to the song and hey whaddya know? NO VOCALS!!! so i went back to check the project and the Autotalent was not letting any audio through the channel. sometimes you could hear a faint muffled garbled murmur--the vox TRYING to squeek thru--but really nothin. i hadn't changed any settings. processor had plenty of overhead left, hardly any ram in use, even with 2 instances of ReaTune in play on other channels. tried both v.1 and v.2 of Autotalent too, btw, run as both vst (for mac) and AU. none of the 4 various versions worked after that initial success. anyone else have this problem? know of a fix? if i have left out some key bit of info here it's because i am pretty ignorant about this sort of thing so please ask! thanks, ff
