Wet carpets in back, ice in blower?

Greetings from humid South Texas. I've been struggling with my '93 240 Wagon. Very wet carpets in the back. Some in the front, but not as much. In addition, I can hear a sound like crushed ice in the blower when making sharp turns. I followed posted advice on cleaning the drain holes under the door sills and they run free when pouring water in the hood vents. But still suffering. I think it is a condensation problem with the AC. Where does the AC drain into? Is there a line that might be clogged?

Thanks for the info. I'd known about the drains under the sill and had cleaned out all that. Still humid out, still wet inside. I'm sure the sound of ice building up in the blower is no coincidence. Any further guidance on checking the drain for the AC? Thanks!

Wet Carpets in back of 240 

Hi there the sound you say is ice build up may well be the bearing on the fan motor?mine has got to the point where every time i hit the brakes it starts to clatter as the fan rubs against the inner housing.I don't have a/c though so it may be a build up of ice.

Wow. That was a lot of water... 

I pulled the draintube and a lot of water came out of the heater box. I also opened the recirc air flap and found it kinda grubby with leaf bits etc. There was some debris in the drain tube, but it didn't look like it was enough to stop the flow alltogether. It must have been the problem, because I see no other reason for the water to just stay up there. I pulled the seats and the carpets and underlay to dry. Hope this does it! Thanks.
