FR: Empty Items (notes) on Master track

simple really - the master track for obvious reasons can't have audio/midi/any items put on it. but how about empty items and therefore notes/images? with the master track view on, theres a track panel sized strip of unused space there, so why not make use of it for neatness and convenience. pic here explains: ta.
