File dialog boxes should retain sort order, etc.

Would be nice if the various file dialog boxes (Save, Open, Insert, etc) could retain their display and sort setting (under the View Menu in Windows) from one use to the next. I'm often looking for the most recent file in a directory, which is easy to find by sorting by date in descending order. But every time I open a dialog I first have to show Details in the View Menu and then sort it. (Usually I just keep Explorer opened to the project folders and do file stuff from there, but sometimes the file dialogs are useful.

A big ++1 for this. Also it would be nice if reaper could remember which folder you used last so that opening the track icon folder dialog actually opens the folder from wich you last inserted a track icon and not the folder you last opened (via another dialog) to get some drum map or what have you... Perhaps I'm just going about it the wrong way and not using explorer enough.

... and their sizes ! This pref is persisted in a session but is lost when you re-launch reaper... ++1

+1 There are several file dialogue windows. ideally Reaper should remember each one. At the moment it remembers a single "current working directory". There have been various FRs for this before.
