beige G3 (-6031) issues

- have seen no newer drivers to solve these error messages (& -6005) since I bought 001 about 5 months ago, friends with B&W's have same problems, have Digi given up on solving this issue - running Logic Audio Platinum 4.6.1 on beige G3/466, 384 MB ram, OS 8.6, Digi 001 & Alesis AI3 I/O expander

-I too have experienced the -6031 error when running a Beige G3/233MHz with Logic 4.5 and Digi001 hardware. Although this error is not fatal (clicking OK allowed me to continue working), I do not know what causes it. I have consulted with a few engineers who informed me that Direct I/O errors are generated by the third party application being used (in this case Logic Audio). Therefore, I would suggest contacting Emagic to see if they have had similar reports. -The only way I was able to eliminate this error was by reverting to Logic Audio 4.2.2. Brent

any chance Digi & Emagic could get together on this beige G3 -6031 error message issue & find a solution, it seems it's not just beige G3's, it's B&W's and some G4's as well, sometimes different error numbers but all related to D I/O I'd say
