haynes manual helps on this one, but ill explain best i can. slacken handbrake bolt, take wheel off. put hole to top so you can get in with a flat screwdriver. adjust right up until disc doesnt turn, then slacken approx 1 notch. try turning, if it is even catching, then that is ok. do same at other side. then put wheels back and tighten inside cab. so it is 3 or 4 notches. try on a hill, if it doesnt hold, then it needs to be adjusted more at wheels. also, if you find you cant get the adjustment, its possible your cables need changing, as they wear and do not always move to and forth fully. ive done mine at the weekend, and with the cables ok, i changed shoes, discs, pads, springs, shoe holders in 1 hour, both sides. my first attempt took me all day!!!! lol
