ASUS A7V333 MB, 001, Can\'t hear audio out???

Reduced computer to 2 HD's, a CD-ROM, CD-RW, 512 MB DDR, Athlon XP 2100 and a Voodoo3 video card, plus 001. The meters in PTLE show audio is playing from a session I copied to my audio drive from cd. It also recieves signal when I plug my bass into the 001 input 1 or 2. I just can't get the 001 to play audio out. Not on the monitors out or the headphones. If anyone has (or knows of) the same motherboard, please advise on the set-up. THat's my guess after numerous attempts via troubleshooting the thing. I've removed modem and ethernet cards, reformatted my hard drives, re-installed WIN98SE. Sounds desperate? I have 4 projects to do for my audio production classes and I need to work at home. Make sure the "Monitor Mode" switch on the breakout box is in the up/out position.

You copied your session from cd. Make sure all the files are read/write. Usualy windows will make files that came from cd read-only.

Hey I have the same mobo. I've tried changing all the settings via desktop and stuff and the only time i can't get signal out is when i change my settings in my I/O settings in the session. Dunno if that helps but all the best!!!
