Do we take it YOU are such a closet user and are afraid to `fess up without someone else going first, or are you just leaning towards the touchy-feely side of things without actually comitting? Enquiring minds need to know.
I don't have a touch screen but I'll confess to coveting them. The idea of the screen also serving as a control surface is very appealing to me. The problem: The largest touch screen I've seen is about 20 inches and the prices at this size are obscene. Honestly, I don't know how Microsoft is going to sell "Multitouch" as a Windows feature unless the price of these screens goes down. Also, they need to get bigger ... up to 30 inches.
Thanks for the responses...Truth be told, I am not a touch screen user. I was hooging it thrur costco and they had an HP Touch Screen jobber. I played some chess on it while imagining the possibilities of mixing w/touch screen faders. I just didn't want to get my hopes up if it isn't feasible yet. I imagine a future where all software has touch screen alternative gui's... have a good one 3Eo
