AC3 cutting tool ?

I am not total novice here but I am not able to find a way to cut AC3 stream at certain time. I believe, with BeSweet commandline I can do that but how ? Is there a frontend available supporting this function ?

Can you change the ms where wbias will cut the audio file? Since I want to cut precisely at a given moment, where milliseconds does have importance.

take the commandline from the logfile and modify it to your needs.

I'm also trying to cut up Ac3 (including 5.1) without decompression, with a user-friendly program that will play the file so you can tell where to set edit points. Is WBIAS the only freeware that will do this? I installed Winamp, and tried loading both 2ch and 5.1 ac3 into WBIAS, but it doesnt accept them. Worked with an mp3. Will it accept 5.1 ac3?

Try . It can't play audio file though but is extremely fast and accurate ;)

A MIDI file isn't even audio, it's musical notes. Does this stuff even exist anymore?
